Cuppa and Chat Sessions
Our Cuppa and Chat sessions are an opportunity for parents to meet and chat with other parents of children of similar ages and with members of the EASA team. We will usually have a short presentation (10 – 15 minutes) on a particular theme to tell you about support available in that area or to share a few quick tips. The rest of the time will be informal, with refreshments available.
Please do register for the session(s) you want to come to so that we can make sure we have enough seats, refreshments and team members to greet you. Our maximum number is 30 people per session. Those who turn up without registering may be turned away if we have reached capacity.
If you register and are then unable to attend, please contact us to cancel your place as this space can be offered to someone else on our waiting list.
Please note: Our Cuppa and Chat sessions are not suitable for young children. We understand that some parents may need to bring young children with them otherwise they can't attend. We want to be accommodating but ask that parents with children sit near the back of the hall, or use the outdoor area during the presentation, and bring something quiet to keep children entertained. Letting young children run around is distracting for presenters and other parents and could be dangerous.
EASA kindly asks that if you can no longer attend an event or training, please cancel your booking in advance via your confirmation form in order to free up the space for other families or settings who have need of our service. Failure to cancel may incur a charge.
