Supporting Sleep Workshops

For parents, carers and family members of autistic and neurodivergent children (under 12 years) needing support with sleep.

The workshops offer:

  • Information and advice to help you understand your child's sleep patterns and routines.
  • Practical sleep strategies and techniques to support positive sleep habits.
  • Opportunities to ask questions and discuss sleep challenges with trained professionals.
  • A chance to meet and connect with other parents and carers.

Sessions delivered by:

  • Cerebra trained Sleep Adviser
  • Occupational Therapist
  • Parent Support Advisor

Workshop Information
The workshops are held once a week for 2 hours over 4 weeks.

The first session will be the Neuroinclusive Education Network – Making Sense of Autism module, helping parents and carers understand how autism, learning and development can impact sleep.
