Autistic Young Peoples Group Parent/carer group alongside

This therapeutic space will offer support for young people in Enfield known to the EASA service. It will enable them to learn about their strengths and skills, reflect upon their hopes and values and how to achieve their goals. It will involve joining with others in a small group to create a story of their future hopes, as they would like them to be. This therapeutic space aims to enhance wellbeing.

This will be a confidential space, working as a group and individually. Sessions will build on each other each week, so that people feel safe to share what is helpful for them. We will work towards a final celebration session, where a certificate of achievement will be shared.
